Co-Founder and Owner
ANTHONY HUGO
Working for employers in the construction, finish work, multifamily maintenance, and tenant engagement sectors, Anthony brings direct level engagement experience to the Hugo-Stritzel endeavor.
Having grown up in the Kansas City metropolitan area, Anthony has a vested interest in ensuring the projects under our supervision become the best possible versions they can be. He has also forged a number of relationships and partnerships with local contractors and providers, to help bring forward a host of options in regards to project scope and scale. If he doesn’t know the perfect person or team for the job, he knows a person who does, and will have them on the job as soon as possible.
With a period of 6 years of Active Duty service in the United States Army, Anthony developed an incredibly useful and adaptable skill set in regards to project completion and small team supervision and leadership. Upon completion of basic training, he also completed Airborne Parachutist jump school, and subsequently went on to serve within the Airborne Infantry, the relevance of which can’t be overstated, as the requirement to develop a self dependent and quick problem solving ability.
Engrained with training, the mentality of accomplishment of the task, no matter the obstacles, helps ensure that project completion happens at the scheduled pace intended. Under Anthony’s supervision, short notice issues are solved at the lowest level, and problems are engaged until a workable solution is presented. Serving as both a Fire-Team Leader & a Squad Leader, Anthony led teams of soldiers, between 4-8 at a time, through a multitude of simulated combat training experiences, and adapted a skill set of thinking and performing under stress. Being directly responsible for the lives of individuals under his leadership, Anthony was instilled with the principle of accountability to the utmost degree. He also developed incredibly thick skin while serving, so Anthony takes nothing personally, and has the ability to be forward and blunt when necessary.
At the Hugo-Stritzel company, Anthony will be focused on public engagement and reception of public feedback in addition to general operational oversight, and project supervision. While being his first foray into the world of real estate, Anthony has the valuable background of team leadership and oversight to keep us on track.
